Our cause is to used the scan tool to provided us enough information due to engine conditions and as for creating fault codes, we can discuss in group and come to conclusion to fix the problem.

Visual Inspection to find fault
We found that TPS has been disconnected from its fusible link
Repair fault
We repaired it by plug the sensor back to connector than erase the codes, follow by rechecked the other sensor if were clear from the system.

Record the voltages for the PIDs related to the problem, to confirm they are back to normal

With the engine on, plug the scan tool to ECU than eraser the code.
Recheck for codes and record codes in system now:
Once the codes is clear than recheck for other codes.
